Stomps new team sponsor! Duck Smart

The STOMP Pitbike race team, have no excuses for their machinery not being spotless this season due to a new sponsorship deal with revolutionary Biker Cleaner, Duck Smart.

Duck Smart have a number of excellent cleaning products including the Earth Mover, which is a revelation in bike cleaning technology with its unique blend of softeners, detergents and foaming agents which gives the user the ultimate all over foam cleaning experience.

The Stomp race team is led by 2011 National Mini Bike champion Luke Coker, who is current leader of the Welsh Pitbikes British Dirt Track Mini Bikes Championships and the Open Pro class at the Mini Bike Championships.
STOMP team leader and long time rider Gary Phelps said of the sponsorship, “We are really happy and proud to have Duck Smart backing our team riders this year.

As with all off road racing, 90% of the success on the track is done in the workshop before the event.

To get the best out of our bikes we only like to use the best products and having the backing from Duck Smart has completed the team for what is looking like a busy and successful year, and what with the good old British weather always making our kit filthy after every race event, good old Duck Smart’s earth mover comes to the rescue.

It really does what is say’s on the bottle! Spray on and jet wash off........And it smells awesome.
We have also use it on our race kit to keep that looking tip top.

The proof is in the pudding! Just take a look at our bikes at the next event and judge for yourself.

Thanks Again Duck Smart”.

Duck Smart director Gary Bennett was delighted to announce their sponsorship “ STOMP are renowned as Europe’s number one Pit Bike manufacturer and it is fantastic to support a company that not only makes great machines but also supports the sport, and we are proud to be working with them and keeping their machines clean when they race.”

Frearson takes charge at Dirt Track round 2

The strange British weather dealt the second round of the British Dirt Track Championship a good hand and a fantastic racing surface and track was produced for the racers to serve up some excellent racing once again at the grass circuit at Idover Lane, nr Wootton Bassett.
Due to the size of the track the Welsh Pitbikes British Dirt Track Mini Bike Championships also had a chicane to contend with, which kept the racing close, interesting and as always keenly contested.
The once again was top class when it came to entertainment. Race one went to a jubilant Wayne Johnstone, but after that it was all the impressive Adam Frearson’s, who looked pure class, although he was pushed all the way by Luke Coker who has to come from the back on each occasion due to poor starts. Newcomer Tony Tomasso from Poole notched a third place finish overall on his debut and was always on the pace, whilst Welsh chargers Mathew Cole and Billy Coles recorded their best ever finishes with 4th and 5th respectively and took a liking to the wet conditions, later in the day.
Johnstone after a few falls, ended up down in sixth overall, but won the final in atrocious conditions following an intense hail storm just before the race. Newcomer Ricky Pay enjoyed his day and pledged to be back and more competitive next time round after a 7th place finish.
Welsh Pitbikes Competition winner Mark Teggins enjoyed his day and finished a commendable 7th overall but more importantly enjoyed his Dirt Track experience and will be back for more!
The biggest plus of the day was the great atmosphere and camaraderie in the pits, with everyone going home with a smile on their face no matter how caked in dirt they were, and it was fantastic to see more newcomers to the sport.
All in all another great days racing all completed within two and half hours due to the impending weather, the slick show was enjoyed by all, as the show now moves onto round 3 at the Abbey Stadium, the home of the Swindon Robins Speedway team on the 8th July. Spaces are limited and with many riders already expressing an interest in riding event it is suggested that those wishing to take part email into entries@allterrainevents.eu as entry forms are not yet available.
